About
Jan McGuire, the organiser behind Peaceful Body, Peaceful Mind, has an invitation for the sports community. Based in Leeds, Jan offers yoga classes to help individuals find balance and calm. Drawing on the rich history and teachings of yoga, Jan aims to bring a deep sense of well-being to students through regular practice.
Jan believes in yoga's power to rejuvenate both body and mind. By focusing on breathwork and mindfulness, students can experience a sense of inner peace. The practice also encourages kindness and compassion towards oneself and others, fostering a positive impact on our environment and community.
Jan invites everyone interested to join this journey. Offering yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and sound relaxation, there's something for everyone—whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years. It's an opportunity to explore beyond physical activity and find a deeper connection within.
For those ready to explore further, more information is available on the Peaceful Body, Peaceful Mind website. Jan is also available for direct contact at jan.mcguire.headspace@gmail.com or 07512393228.
