Fancy finding some inner calm amidst the hustle and bustle? Look no further than Peaceful Warrior Tai Chi in Ely! Dave Cogan has created a spot where you can unwind and let the day's stresses melt away. The motto, “When the world won't give you peace, Tai Chi will,” says it all.
Join in on the fun and discover that Tai Chi is more than a workout; it’s a moment of zen. By tuning into your movements and breathing, you'll forget your worries and just be present. Trust the students who say the hour flies by, leaving you relaxed and happy.
And it’s not just about chilling out – Tai Chi’s gentle movements are great for those with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, or creaky joints. Doctors are recommending it for a reason!
Classes are for everyone, whether you’re a newbie or a Tai Chi pro. There’s a session every week to fit any schedule. One hour of calm costs just £9, or you can try the FRESH classes for £6 through the Fresh and Well website.
