Located on Beach Rd, approximately 1 kilometre from Christies Beach, our yoga studio offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all levels of experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our certified instructors are here to guide you through our signature style of hot yoga.

At Peak Physique Hot Yoga Noarlunga, we utilise infrared radiant heaters to enhance the benefits of our fitness-based yoga method. This method has been proven to greatly improve both physical and mental health. With a strong focus on mindfulness, our classes not only help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, but also promote overall well-being.

Your first visit to Peak Physique Hot Yoga will be a warm and welcoming experience. We understand that it can be intimidating to try a new practise, but rest assured, our instructors and fellow clients will make you feel like part of the family. Arrive 10 minutes before class to familiarise yourself with our studio, which includes bathrooms, a reception area, and a secure place to store your belongings.

For those who are attending their first class, we provide answers to common questions such as how to book a class, what to expect during the class, and what to do if you have never done yoga before or if you are not flexible. We also address concerns like the room temperature and why it is heated, as well as what to do if you have an injury or feel sick during class.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer various class passes and memberships to suit your needs. From an introductory offer to flexible class passes or unlimited memberships, there is an option for everyone. We also have Peak Physique Hot Yoga merchandise available for purchase.
