Penmaenmawr Sailing Club, known as Pen Sailing, has been offering fantastic sailing experiences in North Wales since 1962. The club sits in the charming town of Penmaenmawr, famed for its beautiful coastal views and ideal sailing conditions.

Matt, who organises for the club, wants to remind everyone that Pen Sailing is buzzing with activities all year round. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or just starting out, there's plenty on offer. Look out for the events in 2023 like Masts up & maintenance Sunday, Introduction to Sailing day, Puffin Open Race, and the Reverant Triangle.

During the summer, Pen Sailing ramps it up with a series of exciting races. The schedule includes the Puffin Race, the legendary Tally Race, an offshore race, and the Conwy Bay Offshore Reverant Triangle. These provide a thrilling experience and a bit of friendly competition.

One highlight is the Puffin Marathon, part of the “Legends Series.” This gruelling 18-mile race takes sailors around Puffin Island and the Conwy Fairway Buoy. It's a true test of skill and dedication, with winners rightly recognised for their achievements.
