Welcome to Perform 360 - Coorparoo, the ultimate small group training experience in South East Queensland. Our fitness centre is dedicated to creating an inclusive community of members and fitness professionals who are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
At Perform 360, we offer a range of programmes and services designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Our structured approach to functional training is specifically designed to increase energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. With our 6 on 1 small group classes, our experienced team of fitness professionals can closely monitor your technique and ensure that you reach your full potential safely in every session.
We take pride in offering over 25+ group sessions daily, starting as early as 4:45am, to accommodate even the busiest schedules. As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the opening of our second studio in Coorparoo in January 2022. This new facility, located at 26 Cambridge St, Coorparoo, QLD 4151, will provide even more opportunities for our members to train and achieve their fitness goals.
Our training programmes are created by industry-leading fitness professionals who utilise a progressive approach to train everyday people in a structured, safe, and supervised environment. We are dedicated to helping our members reach their peak potential while being guided by expert coaches.
