Our 1:4 UNIT PT sessions bridge the gap between group training and personal training, providing you with a supportive atmosphere to meet your fitness goals. We also offer 1:1 Focused Sessions and Small Group Training, where you can train alongside like-minded individuals.
For your convenience, our studio in Castle Hill is open Monday-Thursday from 5 am to 7:30 pm, Friday from 5 am to 12 pm, and Saturday from 5:30 am to 12 pm. We are closed on Sundays. You can find us at 16/9 Hoyle Avenue, Castle Hill.
