Jump into the Membership if you're keen to learn the ropes. But if you're eyeing those shiny medals, the Gold Membership will get you geared up for top-level competition.
From juniors (under 18) to seniors (19 and up), and even masters (27+ but still loving the splash), Triana has all squads covered. You’ll be mentored by skilled coaches who’ll get your fitness, technique, and teamwork on point with regular sessions both in the gym and on the water.
Beyond training, Triana lines up chances to showcase your skills at local and national regattas, and they’re all in for school kids too with the North Island and NZ Secondary School Championships.
PRC isn’t just about hardcore training though. If rowing for fitness or fun is more your vibe, Triana ensures the club is inclusive and friendly, making everyone feel at home.
