Ben has a special interest in strength and conditioning, and loves helping his clients build lean muscle, increase their strength, and improve their overall fitness levels.
He has experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and is skilled at adapting exercises to suit individual needs and abilities. Outside personal training, Ben enjoys playing football, hiking in the beautiful Bath countryside, and spending time with his friends and family.
