We offer a variety of programmes and classes to cater to the diverse needs and goals of our athletes. From tumbling and stunting to dance and flexibility, our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you develop the skills you need to succeed.
Our summer clinics are a great opportunity to kick-start your training for the upcoming season. We offer classes in tumble, flyer & flexibility, and strength & conditioning, allowing you to focus on the areas you want to improve. Our 2024 summer clinic timetable is available on our website, and if you have any questions, our friendly staff are always happy to assist you.
