Goju-Ryu Karate is one of the original Okinawan styles of Karate. The name itself represents the balance between toughness and softness, as “GO” means tough and hard, while “JU” means soft. This philosophy extends to life in general, emphasising the importance of finding harmony between the two aspects. In our Goju-Ryu Karate programme, students learn physical techniques and develop mental resilience and discipline.
