The Physical Performance Academy in Manchester, we offer a comprehensive youth athletic development programme. Our mission is to bring the opportunity for all youth athletes, aged 10-18, to access the highest level of strength and conditioning coaching.
Our programme is designed to be centred around the individual, taking into consideration factors such as age, growth and maturation, sport, injury history, and training experience. We believe in small group coaching for like-minded youth athletes, ensuring personalised attention and support. Our highly qualified and experienced coaches, combined with elite facilities, create an environment where all youth athletes can reach their physical potential, dominate their sport, and gain more confidence in life.
Behind Physical Performance Academy is Head Coach & Founder Lewis Fox, who brings vast experience coaching youth athletes in elite environments to improve their physical performance in their respective sports. With Lewis at the helm, our athletes can be confident that they are receiving the knowledge and experience required to help them reach their goals.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of strength and conditioning service to all aspiring youth athletes in Manchester, Cheshire, and Lancashire, regardless of their level, background, or sport. We aim to help athletes maximise their physical performance, reduce the risk of injury, and improve confidence, health, and training skills for life.

Our coaches have been specifically selected for their coaching skillset when working with youth athletes, their experience in elite and professional environments, and their advanced education. Each coach brings unique expertise to our programme.
Our Youth Athletic Development Programme at Physical Performance Academy is designed to help athletes maximise their physical and mental potential for improved sport performance and confidence in life. Through our programme, athletes will focus on maximising strength, power, speed, and other physical qualities. We aim to bulletproof the body from injury and enhance mental performance. The programme runs for 50 out of 52 weeks of the year, ensuring continued, long-term physical development.
Our programme is open to committed and determined young athletes aged 10-18 from Manchester, Cheshire, and Lancashire. We welcome athletes from any sport, background, and level of performance. We are looking for athletes who have a burning desire to maximise their physical potential and become the best version of themselves.
