Welcome to Pilates Barossa, a leading Pilates studio located in Nuriootpa. Our studio offers a wide range of Pilates classes, including morning, daytime, and evening sessions for individuals and groups. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have classes suited to your needs.
Our group sessions are designed to provide a personalised experience, with small groups of up to 6 individuals on the Pilates apparatus, up to 4 for Reformer Pilates classes, and larger groups of up to 10 clients for Mat Pilates. In addition, we also offer Private Pilates Sessions and Corporate Pilates Training sessions for those seeking more individualised attention or a group setting for their workplace.
Before starting your Pilates journey with us, we require all clients to attend a one-on-one private 60-minute session. During this session, we will discuss your general health and fitness, previous injuries, surgeries, and any specific goals you have in mind. We will also guide you through a series of simple exercises to assess your current movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. This initial session is crucial in tailoring our classes or individual sessions to your specific needs, ensuring you are safe, challenged, and able to achieve your individual goals.
Both Mat and Apparatus Pilates offer a wide range of benefits, including building core strength, toning your body, increasing flexibility and balance, and improving breathing and circulation. They also provide an opportunity for mindfulness and strengthening your pelvic floor. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level, both styles of Pilates can be suitable for you. At Pilates Barossa, we have exercises designed for all abilities and ensure that each session is tailored to your needs.
Our instructors at Pilates Barossa are internationally accredited and trained by Polestar Pilates. They have years of experience and are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction to the Barossa Valley and broader community.
