Welcome to Pilates Bunbury! Founded in 2003 by Ann, who has been teaching Pilates for an impressive 20 years, our studio is a haven for those seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Over the years, Ann has cultivated a warm and welcoming community of Pilates enthusiasts. Many clients have been with her for years, while others have experienced the benefits of Pilates during shorter stays. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates practitioner or a beginner looking to explore this amazing discipline, we are here to support and guide you on your fitness journey.
Ann's passion for health and fitness began in 1985 when she started running the Northam Squash & Health Studio. Transitioning to Bunbury in 1989, she quickly established herself as a reputable fitness instructor at both the Bunbury Recreation Centre and Inspiration Health Club. Throughout the years, Ann expanded her repertoire of fitness programmes, including popular Les Mills classes like “PUMP,” which eventually transformed into Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Jam, and RPM.
Pilates Bunbury offers a range of programmes to cater to all age groups and fitness levels. Parents can introduce their little ones to physical activity through Nipper Gym for ages 2-4, while Gym Jam is designed for children aged 5-12. Girls on the Move provides a safe and empowering space for young girls aged 12-15 to engage in fitness activities. For those over 50, our Circuits for over 50s class offers a tailored exercise programme to maintain mobility and strength.
We also provide a “Getting Started” programme to ensure beginners feel comfortable and confident in their Pilates practise.
Our studio is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates apparatus, ensuring a comprehensive and effective workout. Our qualified instructors bring a wealth of experience and expertise to each class, ensuring you receive personalised attention and guidance throughout your Pilates journey.
