With a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere, Nicole ensures each session is tailored to meet individual needs. She also offers specialised classes for prenatal and postnatal clients, including convenient mum and baby Pilates, either in-group settings or in your home.
Nicole’s expertise comes from her personal journey with Pilates, having used it to recover from sports injuries and during her pregnancy. Certified by Polestar Pilates and the Centre for Women's Fitness, she’s skilled in teaching all abilities, from beginners to tri-athletes.
