The studio offers semiprivate or private sessions on the full repertoire of Pilates apparatus as well as group Reformer classes. Whether you are looking for rehabilitation, achieving peak physical fitness or anywhere in between, our teachers are able to tailor a programme for your individual needs.
We also offer on-site osteopathy and myotherapy/massage services through our allied health partners, Principle Four Osteopathy & Trademark Therapy.
Studio is located near Southern Cross station in Docklands on the edge of the Melbourne CBD. The studio is a 5 minute walk from Southern Cross, through the Channel 9 building and down the stairs to the street level.
