The studio's founder, Shira, fell in love with the Pilates method in 2012 and has been teaching Pilates across Australia and abroad since 2017. With a wealth of knowledge gained through her own Pilates journey and studying under incredible teachers, Shira's approach to movement integrates principles from various methods, with a strong focus on breath and intelligent movement. She firmly believes that Pilates is for everybody and that the method can truly support our well-being throughout life.

Pilates On The Move offers several classes to cater to different needs. The Reformer Foundations class is a slow and alignment-based 50-minute 1-on-1 session suitable for Pilates newbies or those returning to practise after a long break. If you're unsure where to begin, the studio offers a free initial consultation to help you get started.

For those who have tried Reformer before and are keen to deepen their practise, the Reformer long-time-lover class is a challenging 50-minute 1-on-1 workout that will push you to your limits.

Pilates On The Move also provides online classes for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes. Shira's YouTube channel is a valuable resource for those who want to pause and spread out their mat at any time.

The studio offers flexible pricing options to suit different budgets. Drop-in Reformer classes are priced at $90, while casual mat classes (private) are priced at $65. Package options include a package of 10 Reformer classes for $799 and a package of 5 Reformer classes for $420.
