Michelle isn’t just any Pilates instructor—she’s got loads of experience and really believes in the power of Pilates to boost overall well-being. She offers personalised classes to help you hit your unique goals, whether you’re training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to move better with less pain.
Classes are available in various locations across Exeter, including Pinhoe, Monkerton, Countess Wear, Heavitree, Whipton, Exminster, Kennford, and Bishopsteignton. Michelle holds a Level 3 qualification (Body Control Pilates Association) and a Level 4 as a Low Back Pain Advanced Exercise Instructor, perfect for those dealing with back pain. For those who like to train from home, Michelle also offers bespoke online Pilates sessions. You can do private 1:1s, duets, or small group classes via Zoom, but she’s flexible if you prefer another platform.
