Paul Kirby invites you to explore the world of Wado Ryu karate at PJK Wado Kan in Northampton, a school with over 45 years of experience. Here, martial arts are taught with a focus on the practical application of techniques for real-life self-protection rather than competitive sport.
At PJK Wado Kan, all genders, ages, and fitness levels are welcome. The emphasis is on developing physical and mental discipline through karate. Unlike traditional sport karate, the classes aim to build skills that enhance health, confidence, and the ability to protect oneself.
Led by experienced black belt instructors, PJK Wado Kan offers a friendly and supportive environment. Each student receives personalised guidance to make the most of their training.
