We've kitted out our space with the latest equipment in a top-notch environment. Whether you're into cardio, weightlifting, or group classes, there's something here for you. And yes, there's free WiFi, so you can stay connected.

Our memberships range to suit different needs. Standard membership includes gym access and advanced class bookings. Students have their own deals, starting from £18 a month, plus a one-off joining fee. There’s also a Free Membership if you prefer to book and pay as you go, with 8 days' advance booking.

We also offer the Places Tracker Virtual Studio for on-demand and live workouts via our free Places Tracker app.

You can find us at South Rings Business Park, 18 Craven Drive, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6BZ. We’re open 6am to 10pm on weekdays, 8am to 6pm on weekends, with special holiday hours.

Our facilities include a fully equipped gym and studio, along with parking. We operate under the trusted name of Places Leisure.
