Playground Parkour Weekly movement classes for parents and their children

Playground Parkour, a personal training club in North Fremantle, is thrilled to announce their upcoming event, Paula Flinn - Breathwork & Movement. This event is perfect for anyone interested in enhancing their fitness journey. Offering a unique blend of breathwork and movement, Paula Flinn will guide participants towards achieving their personal fitness goals.

The event will take place outdoors, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in their surroundings. It's an excellent opportunity for adults and children aged 4–10 years to bond and engage in physical activity together. Playground Parkour believes in the importance of fun and challenge-based movement, incorporating the foundational elements of Parkour and natural movement into each session.

For those interested in attending, the event will consist of 8 weekly classes, each lasting 60 minutes. Prices for the full term are set at $280 per parent/child duo. If you prefer a more casual approach, single classes are available for $40 each. To ensure individualised attention and create a small group setting, a maximum of 6 parent/child places will be allocated.

Wearing comfortable clothing and closed-in shoes is strongly advised to ensure maximum comfort and safety during the sessions. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
