In addition to our regular classes for adults, we also offer a ladies-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme taught by Coach Olga Lyashevska, a highly experienced black belt in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. Our ladies classes provide a safe and welcoming space for women to learn self-defence techniques and build confidence in a supportive environment.

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with expert instruction in Gi and No-Gi, plus beginner friendly BJJ programs. Our training is structured to teach the basics and build sophistication as you progress.
