We use the RapidShot Hockey Training System, a training and assessment tool with an automatic conveyor that collects and passes real, official hockey pucks. You can choose your difficulty for targets and earn a score based on reaction time, shot speed and accuracy.
The system automatically passes and retrieves the pucks while you keep your head up to see the targets light up. Training includes multiple passing speeds and intervals as part of the drill setup.
