In my classes at Portishead Taekwon-Do, I offer the highest quality tuition for individuals of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a child aged 7+ or an adult of any age, we have classes that cater to your needs and help you achieve your goals. Our dedicated programmes are tailored to specific age groups, ensuring that the classes are relevant and enjoyable.
At Portishead Taekwon-Do, we believe that TaeKwon-Do is more than just a martial art. It is a way of thinking and living, instilling self-discipline and moral values. Our training includes all elements you may want, including fitness, self-confidence, and self-protection. For those with a competitive streak, there is access to local, national, and international competitions. However, participation in competitions is purely optional, and we encourage our students to focus on personal growth and self-improvement.
Our classes take place at various locations in Portishead, including High Down Junior School and Trinity Primary School. We offer junior classes on Mondays from 6. 00 pm to 7. 00 pm and adult classes on Mondays from 7.
00 pm to 8. 00 pm. In addition, we have junior classes on Thursdays at Marjoram Way from 6. 00 pm.
We offer competitive monthly fees, and there are discounts available for additional family members. The first two lessons at Portishead Taekwon-Do are free, allowing you to try out this exciting martial art for yourself and see if it's the right fit for you.
Portishead Taekwon-Do is affiliated with the Professional Unification of Martial Arts (PUMA), a renowned organisation that upholds high standards of instruction. PUMA was started in 2000 and has hundreds of schools across the country. As a certified instructor with PUMA, I am committed to maintaining these high standards and providing the best possible training for my students.
