Prestwick Sailing Club is excited to announce the upcoming Powerboat Level 2 course! This 2-day course is perfect for anyone looking to obtain their powerboat license and learn the ins and outs of operating powerboat vessels.
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with practical training on the water. From fast maneuvers to turning in confined spaces, you'll learn all the necessary skills to become a confident powerboat operator. The course will also cover important theoretical aspects such as buoyage, safety equipment, and chart work.
The course fee is £299 per person, which includes the cost of the course, the powerboat handbook, and your license. The course will kick off at 9:00 AM, meeting at Troon Yacht Haven on both Saturday and Sunday. Don't forget to bring a passport photo with you!
