Whether you are a beginner or have been practising yoga for years, Power Living Bondi Beach offers classes that will leave you feeling challenged, connected to your body and breath, and at peace.

The studio's Vinyasa classes are dynamic, expressive, and intelligently sequenced. As you flow through the poses, you move with one breath and one movement, creating a powerful practise that brings incredible benefits to your body, mind, and soul. Both heated and non-heated Vinyasa classes provide creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas, and traditional yoga philosophy woven throughout.

In addition to Vinyasa classes, Power Living Bondi Beach also offers Yin classes, which provide a soothing and calming practise and serve as an excellent gateway to meditation. All yoga classes are open-level, meaning that the teacher will offer different variations of poses to cater to both newcomers and experienced students.

Power Living Bondi Beach is proud to offer a comprehensive yoga teacher training programme, which has educated many of Australia's top yoga teachers. The 200hr and 500hr teacher training programmes provide aspiring teachers with the knowledge and skills they need to make a positive impact in the yoga community.

The studio is equipped with male and female bathrooms and showers, a cosy community space, and props for use during classes. Mats are available for purchase, and mat storage is available for members. Water and coconut water are available for purchase, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your practise.

Bondi Beach Studio has convenient business hours to accommodate various schedules. Peak times can be busy, so it is advisable to allow time for parking. Metered street parking is available in the area.

Located on Curlewis St, Power Living Bondi Beach is situated in the heart of the community. After your yoga class, you can enjoy the vibrant neighbourhood, which is filled with coffee shops, healthy eateries, salons, and boutiques. If you are new to the studio, you can purchase the One Month Unlimited Intro pass for $99, which gives you unlimited access to all classes. Additionally, newcomers can sign up for the 1 Month Unlimited Yoga Pass, which includes free access to Yogaholics online platform.
