Power Living Neutral Bay understands the challenges of parking, and therefore offers various parking options, including 1 hour and 2 hour street parking, metre parking, and a small council car park adjacent to the studio. During peak times, it is recommended to allow extra time for parking.

The studio operates from Monday to Sunday, with early morning and evening classes available to accommodate different schedules. Newcomers can take advantage of the 1 Month Unlimited Pass, which includes free access to the Yogaholics online platform.
