The studio's main focus is on authentic truth and uniting in love. It provides a safe space for individuals to explore and share their own truth, as well as to connect and share with others. Prana Space offers a variety of workshops, events, moon circles, and sharing circles for individuals to engage in self-expression, self-discovery, healing, and connexion.

One unique offering at Prana Space is their “Sound Healing Through Expression with Cacao” workshops. Led by Anne and Anna, participants can experience the healing power of sound vibrations from bowls and toning on a cellular level. Unlike traditional sound baths, this workshop encourages participants to express themselves through sound and movement, if they feel called to. It is an interactive sound meditation journey that invites individuals to both receive and express.

In addition to the sound healing workshops, Prana Space also offers Cacao circles, self-love and self-acceptance celebration circles, and healing moon sharing circles. These circles provide individuals with a space to explore and implement healthy conscious healing and positive changes in their lives with the guidance and support of experienced facilitators.
