Top Hot Yoga is the place to be for sports players in Newton Abbot. Julie, the organiser, runs a brilliant hot yoga studio with temperatures up to 39C using infrared heating panels. Whether you're new to yoga or a pro, there's a class that suits everyone.
Practising hot yoga can boost flexibility, burn more calories, strengthen bones, lower stress, lift depression, improve heart health, and even manage blood sugar levels. Plus, you'll leave each session feeling refreshed with glowing skin.
Julie's not just about yoga; her studio also has fantastic facilities to support your fitness journey. You'll find top-notch cardio equipment, free weights, a sauna, and a steam room to relax and rejuvenate.
Flexible memberships are available, including pay-as-you-go and 12-month contracts. And if you join in January, there's a special offer: get the first month free on 12-month memberships or an annual membership at £335 instead of £365. Just use the codes NEWYEAR or NEWYEARANNUAL.
Julie and the team at Top Hot Yoga focus on making everyone feel welcome and part of a supportive community. Whether it’s a morning class, an evening session, or a weekend workout, they’ve got it all sorted.
