SRC Studio is excited to announce their upcoming Fitness event at the UBC Aquatic Centre. The Private and Semi-Private classes are perfect for anyone over the age of 15 who is looking to improve their swimming skills, whether they are just starting out or have been swimming for years.
With Certified Lifesaving Society Instructors leading the way, participants can expect personalized programs that cater to their individual goals. Whether it's perfecting a specific stroke or reaching a certain Lifesaving Swim for Life level, our dedicated instructors are here to help you succeed.
For those looking for a more focused experience, the Private Lesson - Shallow and/or Deep Water option is available. This option allows swimmers of all abilities to access both shallow and deep pool areas. Those at Swimmer 5 level or higher, able to swim at least 25m continuously, are encouraged to join the Deep Water Only classes.
If you prefer a more social setting, the Semi-Private Lessons are a great option. Simply book a Private Lesson and then coordinate with the Aquatic Centre to add a second participant at a similar skill level.
