PRJCT Transform (The DadPRJCT) is an online personal training and fitness coaching program for busy dads in Warragul and Gippsland. It focuses on fat loss, strength, consistency and sustainable nutrition so participants can train about 3 hours per week. The plan uses a 3 to 4 day training structure, 45 minute workouts, meal plan options and ongoing support from the coach to help build energy, confidence and mental clarity without sacrificing family time.
