ProAction offers a diverse range of classes and programmes for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a novice in TaekwonDo or Kickboxing, or have been training for years, there is something for everyone. The Mighty Monkeys programme, aimed at children aged 4 to 6, introduces TaekwonDo in a fun, fitness-focused manner. For older students and adults, TaekwonDo and Kickboxing lessons provide a comprehensive experience, blending high-intensity training, skills development, sparring, self-defence, and mental resilience.
Greg’s ultimate vision is to promote lifelong learning and character development through martial arts and fitness. He finds inspiration in witnessing the transformation of members—from children overcoming bullying to becoming confident, self-assured individuals. Greg’s goal is to enhance the lives of all members and celebrate their achievements, whether they are grading milestones or personal challenges.
