Protea Pilates is a boutique studio located in Hamilton, New Zealand, run by a passionate instructor who discovered a love for Pilates in 2014. Whether you're aiming for stronger core muscles, relief from back pain, improved athletic performance, post-injury recovery, or just staying pain-free, Protea Pilates has got you covered.
The studio offers private and duet sessions and group mat classes tailored to meet individual needs and goals. Using various Pilates equipment and small apparatus like foam rollers and bands, every session provides a full-body workout with a focus on control, positioning, and strength.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Protea Pilates ensures personal attention and a nurturing environment. The instructor's extensive training through BASI and additional courses, including osteopathic massage and Bootybarre, means clients are in expert hands. Currently working towards MELT Method training, they are always looking to bring new techniques into the studio.
