This package includes 10 sessions in our functional training zone, where clients will have access to a variety of equipment such as NoHRD, Rip 60, Spin, Rowing, Water Training, and Weights. Our instructors will guide clients through high-intensity workouts to improve cardiovascular fitness and overall strength.

ULTIMATE BALANCE MEMBERSHIP UNLIMITED SESSIONS $450 Our Ultimate Balance Membership is perfect for clients who want unlimited access to all our sessions and classes. This membership includes unlimited private sessions, group sessions, and functional training sessions. Clients have the flexibility to participate in any type of session, allowing them to customise and diversify their workouts.
