Sonja crafts each programme with you in mind, considering your health, past injuries, and fitness aspirations. Using a mix of reformer, Pilates ball, and mat training, plus her knowledge in fitness and nutrition, she ensures a tailored experience for every client.
Sonja's dedication shines through her precise and challenging workouts. Her small class sizes guarantee individual attention, helping you perform exercises correctly and safely. Clients rave about her friendly, motivating presence.
