Chanel Haggart, the organiser of Pure Pilates, invites you to join her in Ohope for tailored Pilates sessions aimed at helping participants meet their fitness goals. Chanel's drive for sharing Pilates stems from her own passion and extensive background in sports, having competed in netball, athletics, basketball, and rugby at both regional and national levels.
At Pure Pilates, Chanel offers reformer sessions in a small studio setting located in Port Ohope. Keeping the class size to a maximum of two clients ensures a personalised and focused experience. During each 60-minute session, participants will be physically and mentally challenged through a series of controlled movements designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
In addition to the reformer sessions, Chanel also runs weekly Pilates mat classes at the Ohope Surf Lifesaving Club. These classes are a great way to engage with the core principles of Pilates in a supportive group setting.
Chanel's qualifications include a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Diploma of Teaching in Secondary Education. Her commitment to her clients' well-being is evident in the personalised care and attention she provides, taking into account everyone’s individual needs, strengths, and any rehabilitation requirements.
