Paul Lara, the founder, brings his rich background of training under respected masters in Japan and China to offer authentic lineages in Tai Chi, QiGong, Reiki, and Meditation.
Students have the opportunity to join group classes, purchase an Ultimate Class Pass for monthly access, or even work towards Reiki Certification through Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or the Master Program. The school is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students to explore and deepen their practice.
Paul Lara's personal journey with meditation and energy work began during university when he was seeking answers to the stresses of young adulthood. His exploration led him to travel across Europe and Asia, studying various disciplines and finally settling in Toronto to share his wisdom and experience with the community.
