Qi Gong Munich

Discover the transformative power of authentic medical Qigong practice at Qi Gong Munich in München. Our group is dedicated to preserving and sharing the teachings of Grandmaster Qingshan Liu, the founder of the Munich Qigong Academy. Join us every Friday from 6pm to 8pm at Türkenstr. 68 (or in Luitpoldpark during school holidays) as we delve into the various forms of MQA, including Everyday Figures, Qigong Harmony in 18 Figures, walking exercises, and more.

Whether you're a MQA graduate, student, or simply curious about Qigong, all are welcome to participate in our inclusive and supportive community. We also offer classes in Hui Chun Gong (Hormone Qigong), Zhineng Qigong, Dragoon and Tiger Qigong, and various forms of Wu-Taiji, led by our experienced instructors.
