Queen Bee Boxing is a women and girls boxing club based in St Albans, focused on beginner-friendly boxing classes for ages 12 and above. The sessions are led by fully qualified female coaches and teach authentic boxing skills such as punching technique, footwork, defence and ring IQ. Classes run for 60 minutes in an authentic boxing gym with no contact and no sparring, making it a supportive option for women looking to get fitter, feel stronger and build confidence.
