Radiant Heart Yoga is a well-established yoga studio located in Kingsley, Western Australia. Founded by Jenny Morrell, a highly experienced and qualified Yoga Teacher with 16 years of teaching experience, Radiant Heart Yoga offers a serene and welcoming space for yoga enthusiasts to practise and unwind.
Jenny Morrell is a member of Yoga Australia & Dru Professional Network, ensuring that the yoga classes provided are of the highest quality and adhere to the principles and standards set by these organisations. With her expertise, Jenny offers morning and evening Dru Yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at two different locations.
The first location for classes is at the Mullaloo Surf Club in Mullaloo. These classes take place on Tuesdays from 9:15am to 11:15am, providing a perfect opportunity to start the day with a rejuvenating yoga session. The second location is at the United Church in Beldon, where classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:15pm to 7:15pm and Thursdays from 7:30am to 9:30am. Each class is 2 hours long, allowing ample time for participants to deepen their practise and relax deeply.
Radiant Heart Yoga classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes will cater to your individual needs and goals. The cost of enrolling in classes is $210. 00 for a 10-week term, offering great value for money.
Dru Yoga, the style of yoga taught at Radiant Heart Yoga, is a graceful and potent form of yoga that focuses on soft flowing movements, directed breathing, and visualisation. This style of yoga combines ancient yogic traditions with modern practises to work on the body, mind, and spirit. Through this practise, participants can enhance their strength and flexibility, develop core stability, experience a heightened sense of positivity, and rejuvenate their whole being.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Radiant Heart Yoga also offers an online meditation class every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. These classes are 1. 5 hours long and include yoga, relaxation, and meditation. The cost for an 8-week term of meditation classes is $150.
