Liz started Real People Pilates focusing on the over 50s because, well, she saw a need. With more than two decades of experience in fitness, dance, and Pilates, she’s been there and done that. Her journey began with a personal battle—two spinal disc bulges had her down, but Pilates brought her back. Now, she's out to show just how transformative Pilates can be.
Originally from sunny California, Liz has danced her way through the US and UK. She's got a degree in Dance from UCLA, and plenty of teaching cred, including stints at Bath City College and the University of Bath. Heading fitness at Circomedia for 11 years didn’t hurt either.
