About
Reconnect Holistic Healing, located in Victoria, is led by Judith, a passionate personal trainer and life coach who is committed to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and find balance and happiness in their lives. Judith offers a range of services, including embodiment and mindfulness coaching, conscious and connected breathwork, and movement and rehab coaching.
With a background as a physiotherapist and personal trainer in Germany, Judith understands the importance of addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of healing. She believes that many physical ailments are often linked to emotional stress and works with her clients to heal from the inside out. By guiding people back to their bodies using various healing modalities, Judith helps them overcome anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other challenges.
Clients who have worked with Judith have experienced transformations in their lives, healing from chronic pain, injuries, and finding balance through practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Judith's holistic approach has helped clients like Ammo Baines, an accountant, regain their health and find peace in their lives.
