Charlotte at Red Hot Pilates Margate, brings you a friendly and inviting Pilates studio right in the heart of Margate. With her experience as a Pilates teacher since 2005 and a Personal Trainer since 2011, she’s taught everywhere from local village halls to luxury studios across the UK and internationally. Charlotte’s classes cater to everyone – from kids as young as six to adults up to 80 – tailoring each session to individual needs.
Charlotte’s a pro in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, pre and postnatal Pilates, Barre, and she's also a certified flexibility coach. Her studio’s a calm, beautiful space designed to help you get fit, healthy, and happy. Whether you’re a beginner or have been at this for years, you’re welcome here. Classes are varied: flexibility, stretching, and mobility on Tuesdays, Mat work Pilates from Monday 15th January, Barre on Thursdays, and more Mat work Pilates on Saturdays.
