Beginners, don't fret! Ross has an induction programme to get you started with tips on stroke technique and water safety. You'll go from flounder to fish in no time, thanks to his experienced coaches.

Every month, Redricks Lake transforms into a moonlit paradise with the Full Moon Swim event. Picture yourself gliding through the water, the moon casting its glow – an unbeatable experience.

- Tuesday & Thursday: 4.30pm – 7pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 10am
- Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 12pm

Coaching and inductions are available on Saturdays and Sundays at 9am, and Wednesdays at 5.30pm. Book your spot via the Train With Ross App.

Before diving in, remember the rules! Kids under 16 need a tow float and a bright swim hat, and must be with an adult. All swimmers must wear a brightly coloured hat – no dark colours. No wetsuit? No worries – just wear a tow float. And please, no flippers!
