Reform by Claire

Reform by Claire is a Pilates studio located in Thirroul, NSW. With a focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment, Reform by Claire offers both online and face-to-face Pilates classes. Whether you prefer to work out one-on-one or with a friend, Claire is dedicated to ensuring her clients experience noticeable progressions and have a lot of fun during their sessions.

Due to limited capacity, all face-to-face services are available by enquiry only. To discuss availability and book a session, interested individuals are encouraged to get in touch with Reform by Claire today.

The studio is operated by Claire, a passionate Pilates instructor with over 8 years of experience. In the past, Claire had been involved in high-intensity and heavy weighted training, using Pilates to enhance her core strength for other physical activities. However, after the eventful year of 2020, with the completion of building her first home, changing work settings due to COVID, getting married, undergoing surgery, going on a honeymoon, and pushing her body to its limits, Claire realised she needed a lifestyle change.

Experiencing signs of burnout, such as difficulties with sleep and digestion, lack of enjoyment in activities, and high stress levels, Claire made the decision to prioritise her wellbeing. She shifted her focus to Pilates, walking, stretching, and breathwork, discovering the transformative effects of these practises on her mind and body.

Motivated by her own experience, Claire embarked on her journey to create Reform by Claire, driven by a burning passion to use Pilates as a tool for improving wellbeing. She aims to support and guide others in finding internal calm, achieving whole mind/body balance, and experiencing happiness.
