About
Renew Fitness is a Mayfield personal training and coaching service led by fitness trainer Peter Jankowski, specialising in strength and conditioning for people over 40. It focuses on lifting weights and practical coaching designed to help you build strength, mobility, endurance and confidence, with sessions framed around feeling better, not using a "no pain, no gain" approach. If you want structured support that fits around a busy life and helps you improve longer term, it suits adults aged 40+.
