Gymnasts learn basic rhythmic gymnastics skills, dance, and flexibility exercises. One-to-two classes per week for girls aged 4 years and older. No previous rhythmic gymnastics experience is required to register for the Recreational program. A great way to introduce young gymnasts to the sport and develop a love for rhythmic gymnastics.

Register TINY TOTS A program designed for young girls aged 3–4 years old who want to start exploring the world of rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts learn basic motor skills, coordination, and movement through fun and interactive activities. One class per week focusing on body awareness, flexibility, and basic rhythmic gymnastics movements. This program is a great way to introduce young children to the sport and prepare them for future rhythmic gymnastics classes.
