Rising Crow Yoga

Rising Crow Yoga is a haven for yogis in Holland Centre to stretch their souls and find inner peace. The studio offers a variety of body and mind classes, including mindful movement yoga, children's yoga, yoga for the brain, meditation, and personalized yoga programs to cater to all levels and needs. The next session starts on January 15th and registration is now open for all classes.

Owned by Amanda Eriksen, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Rising Crow Yoga is a space where beginners and experienced yogis alike can feel comfortable and supported. Amanda's extensive training includes 500 hours of Cross-Disciplinary Yoga Teacher Training at DevaTree School of Yoga, as well as additional certifications in prenatal yoga, ayurveda, longevity yoga, the subtle energy body, anatomy, and meditation. Her passion for yoga and holistic health is evident in her teaching style, and she provides individualized attention and modifications as needed.
