We offer CrossFit classes, personal training, and 1-1 onboarding in a private setting. We also run programs including Teens CrossFit, BabyBells post-natal class, Over 55s, Bootcamp, and Triathlon strength and conditioning.
Your on-boarding is 1-1 in a private setting. You will be guided and listened to at your initial consultation, with 30-day and 90-day goal review check-ins.
