Roar has private and bespoke personal training facilities in three convenient locations: the City of London, Kensington, and Dubai. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, providing a comfortable and motivating environment for your fitness journey.
In addition to our personal training services, Roar also offers a comprehensive online shop where you can browse and purchase Roar merchandise, supplements, and online training programmes. Our founders, Sarah Lindsay and Rich Phillipps, are both accomplished athletes and fitness experts. Sarah Lindsay, a three-time Olympian, European gold medallist, 2x world silver medallist, and 10x British speed skating champion, brings a wealth of experience and inspiration to her training style. She is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
