Our 6-week progressive programming ensures that each training session is focused on helping you achieve your individual training goals. From strength and conditioning sessions to functional conditioning classes, we offer a variety of workouts to keep you engaged and motivated.
Open daily from Monday to Thursday, with morning and evening sessions available, as well as Friday and Saturday morning sessions. Our facility is conveniently located at Unit 1 / 502 Princes Hwy in Woonona, Wollongong.
